It is pre-drilled with 10 pairs of level holes to work on horizontal sections and save your labor. It can act as both structural end post and middle post in LEVEL sections. - For coastal projects: This black cable railing post is made of quality aluminum with great rust resistance to work for a long lifetime. This material allows it to work on the seaside or in highly salty areas
- Code Compliance: This structural square post is designed with 3" cable spacing. Generally, the span between two structural posts should not exceed 4 feet in order to pass the 4" sphere test. But it could be increased to 7 feet if you add a stabilizer post between them. Please search Muzata PD72 to find stabilizer posts to get a broader view.
