- Preparation & Priming Surface: Must be smooth, clean, and dust-free (Level 4-5 drywall). Priming: Apply Meoded Quartz Primer to all surfaces; let dry for 3–5 hours. (Use a multi-purpose primer first for glossy or new wood surfaces). Exterior: Pressure wash, then apply Quartz Primer diluted with 25% water.
- Application Coat 1: Apply a thin, even layer. Use a damp sponge while wet to refine the texture. Dry 12 hours. Coat 2: Apply a thicker second layer to embed the aggregate into the wet second coat. For Polish: Burnish with pressure while drying. For Matte Stone: Smooth with minimal pressure, then sand (150-300 grit) once dry. Tools: Use a Whiteout Trowel for light colors to prevent dark metal marks.
- Sealing & Finishing Protection: After 48 hours, apply Stain Shield (natural matte) or Hydrowax (low sheen, smooth finishes only).
- Color Wash: Use Velature Glaze (diluted 1:10 with water) for a multi-tone effect.
- Breathable Lime-Based Formula: This genuine lime-based plaster paste allows surfaces to breathe naturally while providing durable stone effect finishes with minimal movement
- Coverage: A gallon covers approximately 25-45 sq ft for 2 coat application
