If you find that any fingerprint can open the safe, it means that you have not successfully entered your fingerprint. Please try entering your fingerprint again. The charging port on the surface can be connected to the power bank to provide temporary power to the lock, cannot charge the batteries.Please note that the lock requires Alkaline Batteries for proper operation.
