- User-friendly operation: Prior to installing the grinding wheel, apply lubricant to the engine shaft. Ensure that the grinding wheel is securely mounted on the engine shaft with the fixed screw positioned above the shaft.
- Using the grinder bit: Apply only light to medium pressure on the bit while in use. Avoid excessive force on the material to prevent damage to the bit. Grinding metal is not recommended as it may ruin the bit.
- Post-grinding maintenance: If the drill bit is not used for a week or longer, remove it from the machine to prevent it from sticking to the shaft.
- Moist grinding process: Ensure that the water tank used to lubricate the drill bit remains filled. Clean the water tank after each use and remove any grinding residue from both sides of the base. Refill the water tank as necessary to avoid dryness.
